Software & Peripherals Adds FalconStor’s IPStor To Its “A To
Z” Software Solutions Portfolio
MELVILLE, N.Y., June 17, 2002—FalconStor

Peripherals unit of Dell Computer Corp. (Nasdaq: DELL) has expanded
its “A to Z” software solutions portfolio to include the
availability of FalconStor’s IPStor. Dell is now authorized in the
U.S. to offer the IPStor software suite through its sales force and
highly successful e-commerce site.
Enterprise customers can benefit from FalconStor’s award-winning
IPStor-based solutions, which optimize enterprise application
environments through a centralized and simplified storage management
model featuring consolidation of heterogeneous storage, high
availability of data, high-speed consolidation of tape backup and
near-line disk-based backup, and policy-based disaster recovery
functionality, all under one management interface. Dell Software
& Peripherals can now resell IPStor to its targeted audience in
small, medium and large businesses, and to those in the healthcare
and education markets, as well as to federal, state and local
government agencies.
